Subplates and Manifolds

Features & Benefits

  • Precision machining to meet both NFPA and ANSI/ISO valve patterns
  • High flow option
  • Pressures up to 5000 PSI
  • Available off the shelf for shipping
  • Manifolds reduce piping thus reduces leakage points
  • Parallel or series circuits
  • Optional integral relief valve cartridge

Product Description

We supply subplates and manifolds with different port options. There is also an optional relief valve cavity. Our products are available to match a variety of cartridge relief valves manufacturers including Sun Hydraulics, HydraForce, Delta, Deltrol, Compact Controls, Modular Controls and others.  Subplates can have side, bottom or both ports.  Manifolds have an isolation option to allow two independent pressure and/or tank ports. There are  also two different valve spacing options for each manifold.

We have a full line of adapter, transition, tapping and cover plates. Adapter plates mount to your existing equipment and allow the newer valve patterns be mounted saving plumbing time and expense. Tapping plates allow instillation of gauges without external plumbing. They are also available the “B” port connected to tank for pressure dump circuits. Our manifolds are manufactured for D02 through D10 NFPA patterns. The number of stations available on our manifolds are from one to sixteen.  We normally stock up to 10 station manifolds.
